Our CloudCare Antivirus Service, a must for any business or home user with important documentation, is available for just $30 annually per machine. You can rest assured that any file can be quickly accessed, keeping your business at your fingertips. Additionally, our Cloud Care Service will give Computer Guy remote access to assist you for swift trouble-shooting. For such a phenomenally low annual cost, we can help catch malware before it spreads.
Computer Guy promises that we will never push you or your business into purchasing new equipment unless it’s necessary. Installation and configuration of new computers, software, printers, networks and peripherals. We work with third party vendors (tech support) to get your system issues fixed in a timely manner. This frees you and your staff to focus on your business instead of computer problems.
* Network Services (On-site and Remote): Network design, security, maintenance and implementation. Network application installation, integration, updates, backup and management. VPN design, configuration, implementation and management. Internet connection (firewall/router) implementation and maintenance. Corporate antivirus implementation, installation and management.
* Sales: New custom built servers, computers and workstations that are built by Nor-Tech in Minnesota. They are the 2nd largest custom system builder in the country. These systems are high quality business class computers. They come with a Nor-Tech three year hardware warranty and Computer Guys one year labor warranty. We also sell laptops, scanners, routers, switches, printers, wireless access points, software, backup systems, system upgrades and more. All parts come with a one year warranty from us unless otherwise stated on estimates or invoices. Used systems and off lease equipment as available, with warranty as stated on estimates or invoices. Software packages and licenses from all major software companies available.
* Network Cabling: End to end network cabling solutions (Cat5e and Cat6) in new construction or existing buildings.
